PantherGPT 1 or 2 for ocelotGPT?

If we use panthergpt 2, we'll get better performance as a assistant. but if we want the assistant on the os quicker, we can use older technology/architecture and use pantherGPT 1 which already exists.

as an it guy, i choose panthergpt2. it's very easy to upgrade parts, and most pcs are fast anyways. as just me, panthergpt1.
